At AKOpanel we believe that innovative and sustainable acoustic interiors make the difference in comfort, performance and wellbeing. For more than 10 years we have worked from a clear vision: plastic waste is not an endpoint for us, but the beginning of something new.
We give used PET bottles a new life by transforming them into high-quality, sustainable and acoustic solutions. From wall and ceiling panels to partition walls, lighting and bespoke solutions: all our products contribute to a cleaner future.
We develop and produce solutions that create calm, comfort and atmosphere in any space. With attention to acoustics, design and functionality, we make sure people feel at ease in their surroundings right away. In doing so, we make conscious choices about materials and production processes. For us, sustainability means designing smart, timeless solutions that keep their value, today and in the future.

Discover RePETpanel
A second and third life for PET.
With RePETpanel we take the next step in our circular mission. Alongside recycled PET bottles, we process cutting waste from our own production, residual material from customer projects and used panels into new acoustic panels.
The chain stays local: material is collected as well as processed within Europe. This limits transport and reduces the need for new, virgin raw materials.

Discover DENIMpanel
From discarded jeans to extra acoustic performance.
DENIMpanel is mainly made from recycled jeans and has been developed as an additional acoustic insulation layer behind PETpanel, NXT PETpanel and RePETpanel. The material helps improve sound absorption, making it an effective addition to the acoustic performance of these panels.
Energy we set in motion ourselves
Producing on the power of our own roof.
With solar panels and battery storage, we use our self-generated energy as efficiently as possible and step by step reduce the impact of our production.
