Did you know that we don't just make RePETpanel from recycled PET bottles? We go a step further: offcuts from our own production and projects also get a second life. And it doesn't stop there. We take back used panels so we can reuse the materials and truly close the loop. This gives valuable material a new life and puts our mission for a sustainable world into practice.

A second and third life for PET.
With RePETpanel we take the next step in our circular mission. Alongside recycled PET bottles, we process cutting waste from our own production, residual material from customer projects and used panels into new acoustic panels.
The chain stays local: material is collected as well as processed within Europe. This limits transport and reduces the need for new, virgin raw materials.

STEP 1
From waste stream to raw material
We collect offcuts from our own manufacturing, used panels, and client return streams. Instead of letting valuable PET go to waste, we give it a new life as raw material for new RePET panels. This is how we continue closing the loop.
STEP 2
From loose offcuts to compact bales
Collected cutting waste, reclaimed panels, and other PET offcut streams are carefully sorted and processed into compact bales. By bundling the material, we ensure efficient transport and prepare it for the next phase in the recycling process.

The bales are then ground into small RePET flakes. These flakes form the core of our RePETpanel: the material incorporated between the two outer layers. This gives our waste streams a new purpose and makes them the foundation of a strong, circular panel.
