The next step in our circular mission.
We are currently developing our RePETpanel as the next step in our circular material journey. The idea is simple: go beyond using recycled PET bottles and make even more use of valuable material that would otherwise go to waste. Offcuts from our own production processes and projects are given a second life, while we explore ways to take back used panels and reintegrate their materials into new products.
In this way, we give valuable material a new lease on life and work step by step towards a more circular future.

A second and third life for PET.
With RePETpanel, we take the next step in our circular mission. Alongside recycled PET bottles, we turn offcuts from our own production, leftover material from customer projects and used panels into new acoustic panels.
The supply chain remains local: the material is collected and processed in Europe. This limits transport and reduces the need for new virgin raw materials.

From waste stream to raw material
We collect offcuts from our own manufacturing, used panels, and client return streams. Instead of letting valuable PET go to waste, we give it a new life as raw material for new RePET panels. This is how we continue closing the loop.
From loose offcuts to compact bales
Collected cutting waste, reclaimed panels, and other PET offcut streams are carefully sorted and processed into compact bales. By bundling the material, we ensure efficient transport and prepare it for the next phase in the recycling process.
From cutting waste to premium acoustic design.
The bales are then ground into small RePET flakes. These flakes form the core of our RePETpanel: the material incorporated between the two outer layers. This gives our waste streams a new purpose and makes them the foundation of a strong, circular panel.
From RePET flakes to a circular acoustic panel.
What begins as a residual stream ends as a new material with a clear function. The RePET flakes are processed into a strong, dimensionally stable core, thereby gaining a second life in the RePETpanel. Combined with recycled PET outer layers, this creates a high-quality acoustic panel that brings together design, functionality, and circularity.
