AKOpanel processes your personal data because you use our services, order products, request samples or provide this information to us yourself through forms on our website.

We process your personal data for the following purposes: • Handling your order, quotation request or sample request • Sending newsletters and product updates (if you have given your consent) • Contacting you when necessary to provide our services • Optimising and securing our website and services

AKOpanel retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. We apply the statutory tax retention period of 7 years to administrative records and invoices.

AKOpanel does not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it when necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We use the privacy-friendly analytics software Umami to improve our website and understand how it is used. No tracking cookies are set and no personal data is stored. Your IP address is anonymised immediately and irreversibly and cannot be traced back to you.

The anonymised visitor statistics are stored on our own secure server in the Netherlands and automatically deleted after 37 months. We do not profile visitors or track them across websites, and we never share the data with third parties or advertising networks.
